The Engineering Division, key aims are:

• Firstly; provide, consulting and client orientation in regard to evaluation and design of economic techniques in fields within such diverse areas such as weapons, Marine, Industry, Telecommunications, etc..
• Secondly; realization and implementation of projects and solutions proposed.
• Others, solving specific or individual problems through technology integration, sizing the hardware and software to build and develop applications that give a significant competitive advantage to our clients.

The work performed by FLUIDMECANICA for manufacturing components summarizes as:

• 3D Design with Solid Works equipment and component manufacturing. Transfer by CAM to the machine tool by CN.
• Definition of materials used in each case.
• Setting parameters for heat treatment, if necessary in accordance with customer requirements and controlling the execution thereof.
• Management and control of the mechanization process, surface heat treatment.
• Establishing guidelines for dimensional control.( Dimensional control guidelines)
• Revision control of the project.
