In late 2008 FLUIDMECANICA SUR had 110 employees and nearly 200 employees in FLUIDMECANICA GRUP, nearly 20% graduates, most common profile – engineering.
FLUIDMECANICA SUR understands that the preparation, aptitude and attitude of employees pay directly into the quality of our products and services. For this we have a special agreement, tailored to the needs of our staff. It encourages staff training, even designing in-house courses developed and run by our own staff.
The policy of the company is to improve the job quality and try to achieve a balance between work and family life, encourages the formation of children of employees with the granting of scholarships, and organizes activities for children e.g. drawing competition.
